Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Wood (ranked 17209 p4p, 0 weight class) and Inspektor Dee (ranked 7797 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Wood might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to X gon' Give it to ya. Andrew Wood has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Wood lands an impressive looking overhand right. Dee doesn't seem phased though.

It looks like Inspektor Dee has been cut.
Wood shoots in for a takedown but Dee shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Dee blocks a head kick by Wood.
Dee swinging wildly here.
Wood drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Wood moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Wood closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Wood lands in his opponent's guard.
Wood is standing up over Dee. Dee looks to escape but Wood dives into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Dee sneaks out the side door and pushes Wood away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Wood fails to land with a series of punches.
Wood lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Dee is rocked!
Wood throws a pinpoint strike between Dee's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Dee crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Wood scores a great knockout victory!
