Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mario Eikmeyer (ranked 2500 p4p, 265 weight class) and Johnny Cage (ranked 2547 p4p, 270 weight class). Cage is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Walk - Pantera. Johnny Cage told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eikmeyer takes the fight into the clinch.
Eikmeyer is trying to trip Cage. He has hold of a leg but Cage is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Eikmeyer persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Cage preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Eikmeyer has gone for a leg lock! Cage slips out almost immediately though and dives into Eikmeyer's guard.
Eikmeyer is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Cage is looking to stand up but Eikmeyer won't let him.
Eikmeyer looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Eikmeyer pushes a forearm under Cage's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Cage is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
