Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ricardo Rebenta!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ivor Quinn!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Andrew Berry and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circle momentarily. Quinn darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Quinn defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rebenta.

Quinn closes the distance and clinches.
Quinn has Rebenta pressed against the cage.

Quinn breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Rebenta shoots for a takedown but Quinn saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Rebenta dives in and grabs Quinn's left leg, looking for a takedown. Quinn pushes down on Rebenta's head and hops out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ricardo Rebenta. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rebenta shoots in and drives through. Quinn sprawls well.
Rebenta walks into a left hand.

Rebenta shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Quinn but Quinn pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Rebenta can't get the takedown.

Rebenta tries to score a body lock takedown but Quinn shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Rebenta tries to close the distance and clinch up but Quinn swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Quinn is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.

Quinn has closed the distance and engaged Rebenta in a clinch.

Quinn doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Quinn lands a hook to the side of the head.

Quinn tries to throw a body punch but Rebenta avoids it by throwing Quinn back against the cage.

Quinn lands with a left to the head.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Quinn lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Quinn breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Quinn has managed to clinch.
A bit of stalling here from Quinn.
Quinn lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Rebenta backwards.

Quinn manages to break the clinch.
Quinn uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Rebenta has time to react.
Quinn scores to the head and body with a nice combination!


Rebenta is rocked!
Quinn drops Rebenta with a naaaaasty hook - Rebenta is in real trouble here! Quinn dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
