Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watson fails with a takedown attempt.
Watson goes for a double leg but Jones avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Jones continues to drive forward.
Watson sets himself, and Jones steps forward looking for the clinch! Watson avoids it this time.

Jones decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Watson tries to roll over but Jones keeps him under control.
Watson is looking to escape.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Watson is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Jones scores with a couple of nice shots.
Jones scores with a big shot! Watson's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Watson! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!

After the fight, Donny Jones was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
