Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Allan Omega (ranked 6447 p4p, 540 weight class) and Dixon Camara (ranked 2050 p4p, 238 weight class). Omega's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, OMEGA NJPW. Dixon Camara will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Camara looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Camara pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Camara throws a low kick, looking for Omega's leg but Omega calmly moves out of range.
A swing and a miss from Omega.
Omega looks to land a combination but Camara avoids it well.
Omega tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Omega lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Camara circles away quickly and effectively.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Camara. Omega shrugs it off though.
Camara throws a front kick that sends Omega stumbling back into the cage.

It looked like Omega was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

and Omega counters with a three punch combo that has Camara backing up. Camara nods at Omega to acknowledge the strikes.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Camara connects with an inside leg kick.
Omega takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Camara dives in and grabs Omega's left leg, looking for a takedown. Omega pushes down on Camara's head and hops out.
It looked like Omega was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Sloppy strikes from Omega. Those never looked like landing.
Omega throws a right and a left that both miss.
Camara lands a nice looking kick to the body. Omega takes a step back to recover.
Omega is breathing heavily.

Camara moves into range and clinches up with Omega.

Camara jumps guard.
Camara manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Omega manages to get himself to full guard.

Camara wants to pass the guard but Omega is keeping the position.
Omega on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Omega tries to get out of the position.
Camara wants to control from the top but Omega keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Camara tries to free his leg and advance position but Omega is retaining full guard.
Camara works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Omega is in trouble now - Camara has advanced to mount!

Camara working for a submission but Omega is keeping him at bay.
Omega knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Camara on the ground.
