The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Reed Andrews and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dungey throws a right and a left that both miss.
Eric Dungey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Abubalib fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Dungey avoids it really well and circles away.
Dungey shoots in looking for a takedown. Abubalib tries to sprawl out of it but Dungey keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Abubalib manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Dungey's corner calls for a 1-2. Dungey obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Abubalib takes one on the chin but seems OK.

and Dungey counters with a deadly accurate combination that rocks Abubalib badly! He tries to strike back but Dungey puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Abubalib out cold! Oh man, Abubalib will never hear the end of this one!
