Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Redfield Wesker (ranked 24519 p4p, 0 weight class) and Toru Ishii (ranked 6055 p4p, 0 weight class). Wesker kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Terror. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wesker dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
No joy there for Ishii, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ishii tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Wesker defends well and Ishii ends up having to push Wesker into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Wesker here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
