Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Robert Wallace!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Joseph Jones and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wallace throws a body kick that misses
so Burt counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Wallace wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Burt manages to pass to side control.
Burt stalling.
Burt thows a huge punch but Wallace dodges it nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wallace trying to control here.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Wallace wants to control but Burt is keeping busy.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Burt prevents Wallace from improving his position.
Wallace trying to control from the bottom.
Burt seems to be looking for submissions.
Wallace wants to control the action here but instead Burt manages to pass to full mount!
Burt scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Wallace?
Wallace tries to reverse the position but Burt maintains control.
Burt really is a fat lump.
Burt content just to control the position here.

Wallace is bucking up trying to escape but Burt cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Wallace is working to get back to half guard.
Wallace wants to hold on but Burt pushes him away.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wallace regains half guard.
Wallace trying to control from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Wallace is trying to control but Burt passes into side control!
Wallace struggling a bit here.
Burt is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Wallace's shoulder. That is not cool.
Burt tries to score with some ground and pound. Wallace controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Burt is working to tighten his grip on Wallace's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Wallace has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Burt is really squeezing tight and eventually Wallace passes out! Burt breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Bradley Burt!
