Bobby Jr lands a vicious elbow to the side of Kitano's head that scrambles his senses and sends him wobbling down to the canvas! Bobby Jr tries to finish him with strikes but Kitano still seems able to defend himself so Bobby Jr steps back and lets Kitano get back to his feet - he wants no part of the ground game.

Bobby Jr lands a big uppercut and Kitano crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Kitano looks OK. Bobby Jr waves Kitano back to his feet!

That has opened up Sendou Kitano's cut even more.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bobby Jr cracks Kitano on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Kitano falls backwards against the cage. Bobby Jr follows up with more strikes that drop Kitano to his knees. Bobby Jr keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Kitano! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ricky Bobby Jr!
Ricky Bobby Jr spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
