Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tarek Bouazzizi (ranked 4244 p4p, 325 weight class) and Jake Iceman (ranked 3272 p4p, 270 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bouazzizi scores with a head kick. Iceman tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Bouazzizi throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Bouazzizi.
Iceman misses with a takedown
and Bouazzizi counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Bouazzizi looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Iceman looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Bouazzizi punishes Iceman 's body with a nice straight punch.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Iceman .
Bouazzizi circles away from the clinch attempt.
Iceman is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Bouazzizi throws a jab when Iceman was well out of range.
Bouazzizi fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Iceman has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Bouazzizi plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Bouazzizi darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Iceman is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Iceman closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Iceman lands in his opponent's guard.
Iceman is still in real trouble! Can Bouazzizi finish him?
Iceman slips nicely into half guard.
Bouazzizi is looking to improve his position.
Iceman seems to have recovered his senses.

Iceman has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Bouazzizi defend it? Iceman steps over the head and cranks it - Bouazzizi is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Iceman !
