Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Jones (ranked 4181 p4p, 508 weight class) and Bwanali Longwe (ranked 22284 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones comes to the cage accompanied by Rise Of A Champion. Longwe has chosen kojo funds dun talking as his entrance music. Jones is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Bwanali Longwe acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Chris Dean and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jones has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Jimmy Jones was interviewed post fight and said 'I am just here for some sparring. A sparring session with a 15 fight can like Longwe is just part of my training, the result is of no consequence'.
