Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Blake Wightman (ranked 15797 p4p, 634 weight class) and Ivan Wonstom (ranked 8065 p4p, 582 weight class). Wightman's entrance music is BFMV-You want a battle(here's a war). A fine choice. Wonstom is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Avenged Sevenfold - Lips Of Deceit. Blake Wightman has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Richard Clark and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wightman throws a right and a left that both miss.
Wonstom uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Wightman.
Wonstom lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Wightman, right into the meat.
Wonstom scores a flash knockdown with a right hook that drops Wightman to his hands and knees! The ref pushes Wonstom away as he looks to land an illegal blow. Wightman got an extra few seconds to recover there, which could have made all the differences as he stumbles back to his feet. The referee looks into his eyes and decides to allow the bout to continue. Can he survive?!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Wonstom looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Wonstom cracks Wightman with a left hand that drops him to the canvas, up against the cage! Can Wightman get back up in time? 3, 4, 5, 6, 7... he's on one knee... 8, 9... he's up! 'Walk towards me' says the referee. Wightman looks steady enough to continue so we're going to continue!

Wightman digs a good body shot into Wonstom's ribs.
Oh Wightman is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

and Wonstom takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Wightman seems to have got his legs back now.

Wightman lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Wightman changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Wonstom throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Wightman.
Wonstom lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Wightman circles away quickly and effectively.

Wightman dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Wonstom. That did some damage!

Wonstom walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Wightman checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Wightman appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Wonstom uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Wightman.
Wonstom looks to land a combination. Wightman sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Wightman tests Wonstom's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Wightman lands a front kick to the face, that drops Wonstom to the canvas! Is he dazed or just shocked? He's back to his feet and the referee is going to allow him to continue the fight!
Wightman misses the shot to the body.
Wightman dodges the punch combination from Wonstom.
Wonstom walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Wightman takes a swing at Wonstom's ribcage but misses.
Wonstom throws a series of punches but Wightman moves out of range.
Wightman fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Wonstom.
Wightman lands a right hook to the body.
Wightman fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Wightman rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Wonstom moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Wightman tries a head kick but it misses.
Wightman lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Wonstom is still on wobbly legs! Can Wightman finish him?
Wonstom thuds his right hand into Wightman's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Wightman stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Wonstom.
Wonstom seems to have recovered his senses.
Donk. Wonstom catches Wightman right on the button with a cross.
Wonstom tries a head kick but it misses.
Wightman lands with a thumping leg kick.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Wonstom fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Wightman slips a jab and a cross from Wonstom.

Wonstom tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Wonstom has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ivan Wonstom will get the nod in that round, having scored more knockdowns.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Wightman scores a knockdown with a big right hand! Wonstom beats the count and gets back to his feet. The referee asks him to walk forwards and it appears he is OK so we'll continue the bout.
Wonstom chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Wightman can pounce on him.
Wonstom misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Wightman cracks Wonstom with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Wonstom is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Wonstom is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9, he's up! Wow, he cut that one a bit fine!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
