The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bogard throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Walker lands a head shot.
Walker tests Bogard's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Walker circles away from the clinch attempt.
Bogard throws a head kick that misses
and Walker counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Bogard throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Walker misses with a looping left.
Bogard misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Walker.
Bogard is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Bogard shoots in for a takedown but Walker shows good takedown defense.
Walker takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

It seemed like Walker was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Bogard changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Walker tries to avoid it but Bogard manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Walker to the ground. Walker escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Bogard uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Walker has time to react.
Bogard throws a lazy right hand but Walker sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
