Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Freddy Krueger (ranked 2636 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lewis Rampage (ranked 15029 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Freddy Krueger!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
19 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Lewis Rampage!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rampage uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Krueger.
Rampage is trying to counter with his kicks.
Some bone on bone action there as Rampage checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Rampage bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Rampage shoots in and bounces Krueger off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Krueger has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
It looks like Rampage might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Rampage stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Krueger swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Rampage drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Rampage seems to have locked his on tight now - Krueger screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Rampage, as he picks up the win!
