The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grimes lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Panos at a distance.
Grimes connects with a body shot.
Grimes misses with a wild body shot.
Grimes misses the body punch
enabling Panos to counter with a crisp jab.
Panos throws an off balance right hand
and Grimes counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Kasa Panos has been cut.
Grimes takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Panos scores with the left hand. Grimes knows he should have avoided that one.
Panos ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Grimes moves away.
Grimes misses with a hook. Panos ducked under it nicely.
Grimes stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Panos.
Grimes slips a straight right by Panos.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Grimes swings for the body but Panos moves out of range.
Grimes lands a big right hand that sends Panos crashing to the mat! Grimes stays standing though and waves Panos back to his feet!
Panos is rocked!
Grimes cracks Panos with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
