Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Samuel Cooke (ranked 1907 p4p, 231 weight class) and Jack Wilder (ranked 3970 p4p, 415 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Cooke might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Harm's Way - Warriors Will Reign. Jack Wilder has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Samuel Cooke's chin.

Wilder connects with a leg kick. Cooke looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

It looked like Cooke wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Wilder enables Cooke to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Wilder manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Wilder manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Wilder lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
