Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tino Tropper (ranked 4004 p4p, 422 weight class) and Gianmarco Lobosco (ranked 7033 p4p, 553 weight class). Tino Tropper has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Sandra Marshall and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lobosco bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Tropper is looking for a sweep.
Lobosco throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
Tropper tries to get back to half guard but can't.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tropper can't do much from the bottom here.
Tropper gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Tropper is controlling Lobosco's trapped leg to prevent Lobosco from advancing to side control.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Tropper is trying to control Lobosco's posture but Lobosco avoids it.
Tropper looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Lobosco throws an elbow but Tropper slips to the side and avoids it well.
Tropper manages to get back to half guard.
Tropper is looking to improve his position.
Tropper is looking to control Lobosco's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Tropper avoid being mounted?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Lobosco shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tropper pinned against the cage. Tropper gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

A looping hook to the body misses from Tropper. Lobosco does a little dance to reset his feet.
Lobosco looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Tropper throws a sloppy body shot
enabling Lobosco to counter with a crisp jab.
Lobosco shoots in for a takedown but Tropper shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Tropper shoots in and bounces Lobosco off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Lobosco is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Tropper wants to control from the top but Lobosco keeps moving.

A close round but Gianmarco Lobosco will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Lobosco shoots in for a takedown but Tropper shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Tropper swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
We've been informed that Lobosco has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Lobosco shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Tropper is trying to defend but Lobosco finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Tropper gets back to full guard.
Tropper looking for a guillotine here but Lobosco defends easily.
Lobosco with a flurry of punches that miss.
Tropper wants to sweep but no luck.
Lobosco is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Tropper has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Lobosco is looking to defend but Tropper has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Lobosco! Tropper pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Lobosco taps out and this one is all over!

A very excited looking Tino Tropper made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
