Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Hannibal Barca (ranked 2006 p4p, 190 weight class) and Bob The Man (ranked 1512 p4p, 150 weight class). Bob The Man has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hannibal Barca!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bob The Man!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Johanna Lukiainen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Man moves out of range as Barca strikes.
The Man doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Barca misses with a jab, cross combination.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that The Man has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
The Man swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Barca counters with an inside leg kick.
A chopping leg kick lands by The Man.
Barca ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
The Man shoots in and bounces Barca off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The Man wants to pass the guard but Barca is keeping the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The Man is stalling in the full guard.
Barca will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Barca is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The Man is looking to work some ground and pound but Barca has wrist control.
The Man stays in close to Barca's body and controls the position.
The Man working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Barca is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Barca had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. The Man defends it easily.
Barca tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Barca has his foot on The Man's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. The Man works his way back into a safe position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Barca keeping moving, preventing The Man from controlling successfully.
The Man landing with the ground and pound.
The Man throws a strike but Barca rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
The Man working a defensive guard but Barca manages to pass into side control anyway.
Barca swings around for an armbar but The Man sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Barca's guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
The Man stands and throws Barca's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Barca is looking for a sweep.
The Man lands an elbow.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
The Man working the ground and pound from side control.
Barca tries to buck The Man off but The Man is having none of it.
The Man wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Barca, who protects the arm well.
The Man lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
The Man has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Barca is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. The Man yanks on the arm and Barca is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by The Man.
