Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Crown Halo (ranked 4605 p4p, 507 weight class) and Kaz Okada (ranked 4378 p4p, 494 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Ren Mimura and Tatsuya Matsuyama.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Okada swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Halo.
Halo dips to his left and cracks Okada with an uppercut!
Okada misses with a wild body shot.
Halo looks to land a right hand but Okada moved out of range.
Okada looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Okada takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

We've been informed that Okada has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Halo seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Halo is pushing Okada up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Halo is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Okada is defending well for now.

Okada throws a punch but it's blocked by Halo.
Halo prevents a body shot from Okada.
Halo jerks Okada's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Okada drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Halo goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Halo because Okada was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
