Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Calixto Cardona (ranked 1626 p4p, 167 weight class) and Laxa Tiv (ranked 893 p4p, 97 weight class). Calixto Cardona is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cardona lands a slapping body shot.
Tiv avoids the body shot from Cardona.
Cardona digs a good hook to Tiv's body.
We've been told by Cardona's head coaches at Fist of Fury Training Center that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Tiv moves out of range of the body kick.
Tiv closes the distance and clinches up with Cardona, looking for a takedown. Tiv pushes Cardona against the cage but Cardona circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Tiv shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Cardona pinned against the cage. Cardona gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Cardona lands with a slapping head kick.
Tiv jabs Cardona to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Cardona. Tiv shrugs it off though.
Tiv doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Cardona counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Calixto Cardona has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Laxa Tiv.
Cardona cracks Tiv with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Tiv is rocked!
Tiv misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
It appears Cardona was looking to counter with a kick there.
Tiv is still on wobbly legs! Can Cardona finish him?

and Cardona counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
