Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Karl Karlsson (ranked 656 p4p, 107 weight class) and Kassius Halo (ranked 666 p4p, 110 weight class). Karlsson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is 300 Violin Orchestra . Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Aafke Stam and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halo bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Karlsson explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
Halo with a poor takedown
and Karlsson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Nice uppercut there from Halo.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Karlsson, as that shot connected.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Halo misses with a kick to the body.
Karlsson swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Halo shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Karlsson's guard.

Halo is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Halo has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Karlsson has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Halo is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Karlsson takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Karlsson is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Halo asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Halo tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Karlsson loads up on a big right hand but Halo slips the punch.
Halo lands with a hook. Karlsson tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Karlsson throws a nice looking combination but Halo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Karlsson walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Halo fails with a takedown attempt.
Karlsson thows a left - swing and a miss!
Halo misses with a straight left.
Halo is looking to land body kicks.
Halo swings for the body but Karlsson moves out of range.
Karlsson throws out a loose jab but Halo uses good head movement to avoid it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Karlsson lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Halo steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Karlsson.
Halo manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Karlsson on his heels. He'll look to pass Karlsson's guard now, I'm sure.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Halo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Karlsson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

In his post fight interview, Kassius Halo gave a big smile as he said 'There isn't a fighter alive that I cannot make submit or go to sleep on the mat. There's no guessing, i will take you down.'.
