And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Alan Baker!
The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Fedor Mirinova and Aleksei Zolotukhin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anawalla scores with a punch to the head.
Baker slips a jab from Anawalla.
It seemed like Baker was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Baker avoids the body shot from Anawalla.
Anawalla fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Anawalla scores with a jab to the body.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Baker has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Anawalla closes the distance and clinches.
Baker's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Anawalla lands a right hand.

Anawalla breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Prince Anawalla seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Baker uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Anawalla.
Anawalla comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Anawalla is looking to wear down Baker with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Anawalla takes a swing at Baker's ribcage but misses.
Anawalla dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Baker looks winded!
A jab lands there for Anawalla.

Anawalla closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Anawalla lands a nice uppercut.
Anawalla lands a shot to the body.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Anawalla just misses with a elbow thrown towards Baker's brow.
Anawalla lands a body shot.

Anawalla breaks the clinch.
Anawalla works Baker's body with a nice hook.
Nice body punch from Anawalla.
Baker takes one on the button.


Baker is rocked!
Anawalla throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Baker on the side of the head.
Baker is still on wobbly legs! Can Anawalla finish him?
Baker doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Anawalla drops Baker with a big left hand! Baker is injured, injured bad! Anawalla jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Prince Anawalla!
