Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hugh Baxter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Danish Ali!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Frank Dennis and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ali shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Baxter but Baxter pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Ali throws the kick towards the body but Baxter avoids it.

Baxter stuffs the takedown.

Baxter really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Baxter will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Ali up against the cage.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Baxter takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Baxter for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.

Ali has his foot on Baxter's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Baxter works his way back into a safe position though.

Ali has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Baxter clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
