Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pipin Took (ranked 5212 p4p, 0 weight class) and CJ Woodley (ranked 6468 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

letting Woodley counter with a right hand.

Woodley is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Took tries to work over Woodley's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Took is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Woodley can't fight it off and eventually Took manages to take the fight to the floor. Woodley looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Woodley has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Took off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Took tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Woodley swivels and escapes.
Woodley attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

That was a close second round but I would say that Pipin Took will probably get the nod.
