Hold has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.

Sixx has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Hold has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Sixx is hanging on to Hold's back as he tries to escape.
Hold won't enjoy being in this position. Sixx looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Hold is tapping - it's over boys! Sixx picks up the submission victory!
