Davids feints and as Mendez raises his hands in defense, Davids changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Mendez is wriggling around but Davids manages to pass to half guard.
Davids trying to mount his opponent but Mendez defends it.
Davids is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Mendez!
Mendez is trying desperately to improve position.
Davids is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Davids postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Mendez out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Davids goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
