Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arthur Pendragon (ranked 391 p4p, 57 weight class) and Seb Sha (ranked 273 p4p, 38 weight class). Arthur Pendragon had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sha swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Sha walks into a jab.
Pendragon scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Sha bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Pendragon waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Sha.
Sha takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Pendragon throws a series of punches but Sha avoids them all with ease.
A left and a right from Pendragon both land. Nice combination.
Sha lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

and Sha counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Sha uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Pendragon.

Pendragon throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Sha drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Pendragon working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sha doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sha manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Pendragon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sha swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Pendragon is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Sha knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Sha looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
