The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Forever stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Forever gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Cropop is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Cropop trying to control the position from guard on top but Forever is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Cropop must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
