Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Didi Hamman (ranked 3770 p4p, 443 weight class) and Lew Rockwell (ranked 2414 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Rockwell's choice of entrance music: Like a Rock. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Lew Rockwell was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Rockwell misses.

Hamman forces Rockwell back against the cage and clinches.
Hamman lands a knee to the head.
Rockwell fails to pull guard.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Hamman.
Hamman throws a knee to the head but misses.
Hamman throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Rockwell jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Hamman walks away with a smile on his face. Rockwell gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Rockwell uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hamman.
Hamman throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Hamman tries to land a body kick

and Rockwell counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Hamman!

Rockwell is working to tighten his grip on Hamman's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Hamman has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Rockwell is really squeezing tight and eventually Hamman passes out! Rockwell breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

After winning the bout, Lew Rockwell thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
