Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mario Eikmeyer (ranked 2706 p4p, 301 weight class) and Desmond Flannery (ranked 4258 p4p, 415 weight class). Flannery is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Dropkick Murphys - I'm Shipping Up To Boston. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Flannery bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Eikmeyer's guard.

Eikmeyer had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Flannery defends it easily.

Mario Eikmeyer spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
