The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Luciano digs a good body shot into Puto's ribs.
We've been told by Luciano's head coaches at Damage Inc. that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Puto tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Luciano was well out of range. Poor timing from Puto.
Luciano scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Puto misses the shot to the body.
Luciano throws an overhand right that lands on Puto's shoulder, as Puto tries to avoid the shot.
Puto ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Puto's jab looks to have found its range, popping Luciano under the eye.
Luciano moves forwards but Puto connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Puto looks to land a right hand but Luciano moved out of range.
Puto uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Luciano.
Luciano thumps Puto with a low kick.
Puto checks a leg kick.
Puto tries to counter with a clinch but Luciano shakes him off and moves away.

Puto feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Luciano sprawling to the canvas! Luciano rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Puto finish him?!

Luciano is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Luciano feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Puto's calf.
Oh Luciano is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Puto tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Puto cracks Luciano with a hook to the temple - Luciano is on wobbly legs here! Puto swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Luciano falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Puto wins by TKO!
