The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Decent striking displayed by Nuts there.
Nuts keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Nuts seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Strap throws an off balance right hand
letting Nuts counter with a right hand.

It looks like Jock Strap has been cut.
A looping hook to the body misses from Strap. Nuts does a little dance to reset his feet.
Nuts throws the left hand but Strap avoids the punch easily.
Nuts throws a poor cross that misses
and Strap cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Strap takes one on the chin but seems OK.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd cheers as Nuts lands an impressive looking overhand right. Strap doesn't seem phased though.

Nuts throws a hook to the side of Strap's head but Strap sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Nuts is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Strap throws a body shot but no joy.
Strap moves out of range of the strikes.
Strap is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Nuts rather than just go for the knockout.

Nuts throws a hook to the side of Strap's head but Strap sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Nuts throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Strap sees it coming and avoids it easily.
A nice side step and Strap releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Nuts moves into range and connects with a jab.

Strap looks to throw the jab but Nuts is out of range.
Strap throws a hook but Nuts avoids it easily.
Nuts is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
A nice combination there by Strap.
Strap slips under a jab from Nuts.
Strap swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Nuts doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Nuts takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Nuts is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Strap throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A little feinted left hand from Nuts on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Strap takes a swing at Nuts's ribcage but misses.
Strap scores with a nice head shot.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Oh Nuts is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

That was a close round but I would say that Deez Nuts will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Jock Strap's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Nuts shoots in looking for a takedown. Strap tries to sprawl out of it but Nuts keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Strap manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nuts seems to have got his legs back now.

and Nuts counters with a stiff right hand.
Nuts lands with an uppercut that bounces Strap off the cage and back into range.

Jock Strap is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Nuts scores with the left hand. Strap knows he should have avoided that one.

Strap displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Nuts.
Strap throws a right and a left that Nuts avoids nicely.

Strap uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Nuts.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Strap lands a big right hand that sends Nuts crashing to the mat! Strap stays standing though and waves Nuts back to his feet!

Strap fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Nuts out cold! Brutal finish!
