Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Christopher Blackburn (ranked 24079 p4p, 612 weight class) and Wen Chou (ranked 22862 p4p, 617 weight class). Blackburn comes to the cage accompanied by Ultra Nate - Free (Super Extended Dance Vocal Mix). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blackburn fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Blackburn shoots in and bounces Chou off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Blackburn drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Chou dives on top into guard.

Chou is fighting to break Blackburn's control of his arms but Blackburn is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Chou really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Blackburn. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Blackburn's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
