The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ang fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Benjamin sprawls well initially but Ang persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Benjamin regains full guard. Nicely done.
Ang tries to free his leg and advance position but Benjamin is retaining full guard.
Ang stops Benjamin from standing up.
Benjamin manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Ang uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Benjamin.
Benjamin avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ang shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Benjamin is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Ang's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Ang's back!
Benjamin has his arm under Ang's chin here. Game over son! Benjamin squeezes tightly and Ang is forced to tap out!
