Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ed Ricoop (ranked 3862 p4p, 0 weight class) and I Love You Man (ranked 5612 p4p, 0 weight class). Ricoop comes into the arena with Bad to the Bone blaring out of the sound system. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from You Man.

You Man closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Ricoop's guard.
Ricoop on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Ricoop tries to get out of the position.
Ricoop trying to keep a closed guard but You Man is proving a slippery customer.

You Man is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

You Man thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ricoop is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and You Man defends well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ricoop is trying to control the position but You Man postures up.

You Man drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Ricoop manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now You Man has Ricoop in his guard.

You Man is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Ricoop frees his head nicely. Oh but You Man has switched to an armbar! Ricoop is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
