The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cuida rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Complex moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Cuida throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Cuida throws an overhand right that lands on Complex's shoulder, as Complex tries to avoid the shot.
It seemed like Complex was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Cuida lands with a cross.
A solid leg kick lands there for Cuida.

Complex drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Cuida tries to buck Complex off but Complex is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That was a close round but I would say that Gray Cuida will probably get the nod.
