The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henry throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Abdullah.
Henry chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Henry lands a left and a right that send Abdullah crashing to the mat, dazed. Henry thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Abdullah is rocked!
It looks like Assad Abdullah has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Henry gets tackled into the cage by Abdullah. Abdullah maintains the clinch.
Oh Abdullah is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Abdullah seems to have got his legs back now.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Henry creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Henry jerks Abdullah's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Abdullah drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Henry goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Henry because Abdullah was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee). Jonthan Henry !
A very excited looking Jonthan Henry rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
