The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kidd really is a fat lump.
Carter looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Carter throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Kidd was covering up waiting for the punch and Carter finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Kidd is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Kidd is looking for a triangle but Carter pushes his legs off easily.

Carter gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Kidd regains guard.
Kidd knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Carter on the ground.

That was a close second round but I would say that Darrel Kidd will probably get the nod.

Carter throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch.

Carter is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Kidd has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
