The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fiddlesticks misses with a jab to the body
and Killinger counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Killinger lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Fiddlesticks tries for a takedown but Killinger circles away easily
enabling Killinger to counter with a crisp jab.
Fiddlesticks tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Killinger counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Fiddlesticks looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Fiddlesticks fails with the takedown
and Killinger counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Killinger lands a slapping body shot.
Killinger is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Killinger lands a nice leg kick that just misses Fiddlesticks's sensitive parts.
Fiddlesticks stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Killinger.
Fiddlesticks looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Killinger is fending him off so far but Fiddlesticks persists. Nope, Killinger circles away and we're back to standing.
Killinger looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ramses Fiddlesticks. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Fiddlesticks takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Fiddlesticks darts in looking for a takedown but Killinger gets double underhooks and turns Fiddlesticks into the cage.

Fiddlesticks takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Killinger throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Fiddlesticks stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Killinger throws a body shot but no joy.

Fiddlesticks shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Killinger counters with a body kick.
Fiddlesticks leaves his chin hanging out and Killinger seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Fiddlesticks crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!

Buster Killinger was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
