And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Yunus Namegov!
The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Ben Watson and Donatello Bradman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Namegov darts in and clinches Alcantara up against the cage.
Namegov's coach down at Gym - AKA - Russia was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Namegov's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Namegov looking for a takedown.
Namegov drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Alcantara looking to throw knees to the head but Namegov is blocking nicely.
Alcantara missing with knees to the body.
Alcantara tries to land knees in the clinch but Namegov avoids the damage to the body.

Namegov pulls guard effortlessly.
Namegov is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Namegov has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Alcantara should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Namegov has tightened it up now! Alcantara should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

After the fight, Yunus Namegov was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
