Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nazim Bardakci (ranked 1045 p4p, 134 weight class) and Shawn Griffin (ranked 2036 p4p, 246 weight class). Bardakci comes to the cage accompanied by Edis - Çok Çok. Griffin is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Medicate - Flaw. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bardakci takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Griffin tries to bum rush Bardakci with a series of wild strikes but Bardakci uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Shawn Griffin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bardakci misses with a head kick.

Bardakci shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Griffin's guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Griffin can do anything to dispel that myth.
Bardakci is fighting to break Griffin's control of his arms but Griffin is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Bardakci stands and throws Griffin's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Griffin is looking for a sweep.
Bardakci scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Griffin to see if he's OK.

Bardakci is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Griffin is trying to escape and Bardakci transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Griffin is forced to tap! Nice work there by Bardakci! Very nice indeed!

Nazim Bardakci opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
