Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony Riot (ranked 4217 p4p, 49 weight class) and Flying Almighty Askren (ranked 4752 p4p, 58 weight class). Flying Almighty Askren acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Flying Almighty Askren!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Colin Fotheringham and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Askren clinches up against the cage.
Riot tries for a takedown but Askren manages to get underhooks.

Askren has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Riot clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Riot is fighting off a takedown attempt but Askren is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Riot to the mat. Riot regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Riot escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Askren gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Riot has his foot on Askren's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Askren works his way back into a safe position though.
