Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Regis Petrozuli (ranked 4949 p4p, 129 weight class) and Michael Dobson (ranked 6620 p4p, 170 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dobson paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Dobson lands with a shot to the body.
Petrozuli has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Petrozuli there as he acknowledges the shot.

Petrozuli looking to score a takedown here. Dobson is defending well but Petrozuli drives through and ends up in Dobson's guard.

Petrozuli thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Dobson is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Petrozuli is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Dobson.
Dobson misses with an uppercut.
Petrozuli half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.

Petrozuli shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Dobson manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Dobson is wriggling around but Petrozuli manages to pass to half guard.

Petrozuli has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Dobson can do anything to dispel that myth.
Petrozuli wants to control the pace but Dobson is squirming around nicely.
Petrozuli wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it.

Petrozuli goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Dobson is on top in guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Petrozuli is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Dobson rolls with it to try and escape but Petrozuli cranks on the arm and Dobson is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
