PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Antonio Omas (ranked 5285 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rex Sheuster (ranked 3331 p4p, 366 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Omas shoots in for a takedown but Sheuster shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Omas blocks a head kick by Sheuster.

Omas appears to be looking for a big counter.

Omas tries to score a power double leg takedown but Sheuster sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Omas somewhat.

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Sheuster.

Sheuster tries to throw a body punch but Omas avoids it by throwing Sheuster back against the cage.

Sheuster fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Omas checks it well.

Omas shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Sheuster's guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Antonio Omas will probably get the nod.
