Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Santana Blaze (ranked 632 p4p, 25 weight class) and Molokai Built (ranked 1703 p4p, 77 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 13 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Santana Blaze!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Molokai Built!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blaze moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Built takes one on the button.
Built fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Blaze on the side of the head.
Built misses with an uppercut
and Blaze counters with a series of strikes. Built will be more careful next time no doubt.
Blaze definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Built cracks Blaze with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Oh Blaze is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Blaze throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Built counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Blaze thuds his right hand into Built's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
A right-left combo lands from Blaze.
Built displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Blaze throws out the jab.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Built! But no joy.

Blaze wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Blaze escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That was a close round but I would say that Santana Blaze will probably get the nod.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Blaze is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Built might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
