Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jimbo Cricky (ranked 7226 p4p, 617 weight class) and Mike Potter (ranked 24822 p4p, 658 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Potter throws out a loose jab but Cricky uses good head movement to avoid it.
Cricky went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Cricky leaves Potter with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Cricky seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Cricky moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Potter misses the body punch
and Cricky counters with a nice uppercut.

Cricky bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Potter's head.

Cricky throws a front kick aimed at Potter's knee but Potter avoids it well.
No joy there for Cricky, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Cricky manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Cricky tries to kick Potter off in order to stand up. Potter Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

Potter postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Cricky in real trouble here! The ref calls for Cricky to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
