Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bo Bodfors (ranked 1683 p4p, 61 weight class) and Paul Starker (ranked 2651 p4p, 95 weight class). Bodfors's entrance music is Raubtier - Achtung Panzer. A fine choice. Starker has chosen Catrin O'Neill - Ar Lan Y Mor as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Paul Starker has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Stewart Dunkirk and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Starker tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Bodfors manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Bodfors swings for the body but Starker moves out of range.
Starker has taken the fight to the clinch.
Starker lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
It looks like Bo Bodfors has been cut.
Bodfors takes an elbow to the temple.

I was talking to Bodfors's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Bodfors struggles to land a body shot inside as Starker controls his hands.
Starker throws an elbow that misses.
Starker pushes off an throws an elbow but Bodfors leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Starker comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Bodfors is trying to break the clinch but Starker has him pressed against the cage.
Bodfors misses with a short punch on the inside.
Bodfors takes an elbow to the forehead.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Starker.
Bodfors is rocked!
Starker lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Bodfors to his knees! Starker keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Paul Starker!
Paul Starker spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
