The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fortier throws a quick inside leg kick.
Overflow fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Overflow has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Fortier throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Overflow cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Fortier looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Overflow works Fortier's body with a nice hook.
Fortier lands with a nice body punch.
Fortier slips a jab from Overflow.
Fortier throws a quick counter kick to the body but Overflow avoids it.

As Overflow backs away, Fortier returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
No joy there for Fortier, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
It seemed like Overflow was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Overflow connects with a good right hand that stumbles Fortier. Fortier circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Fortier looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Fortier bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Overflow bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Fortier's head.
Fortier misses the shot to the body.
Overflow looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Fortier throws a front kick that sends Overflow stumbling back into the cage.
Overflow pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
And Fortier counters with a quick kick to the body but Overflow blocks it.
Fortier thuds his shin into the meat of Overflow's side.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Fortier throws a big counter combination but Overflow scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Fortier pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

and Overflow counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Fortier misses the shot to the body.
Fortier misses with an attempted mid kick.
Fortier dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Overflow. That did some damage!

Overflow drops Fortier with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Fortier looks back up at him and smiles so Overflow waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Fortier is rocked!
Overflow weaves into range and cracks Fortier right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Fortier goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Overflow is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
