Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Duke Blackbeard (ranked 944 p4p, 115 weight class) and Jomar Galang (ranked 2576 p4p, 285 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Blackbeard might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Remember The Name. Galang has chosen No Other Name as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Peter Branson and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blackbeard throws the left hand but Galang avoids the punch easily.
Galang misses with a lunging right hand
and Blackbeard cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Blackbeard has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Yaw-Yan MMA in the buildup to the fight.
Blackbeard moves out of range of the strikes.
A quick step to the side and Blackbeard tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Blackbeard is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Nice shot lands for Galang.
Galang throws a hook to the side of Blackbeard's head but Blackbeard sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Blackbeard misses with a straight left.
Galang jabs Blackbeard right on the nose. Blackbeard blinks but takes it well.
The fighters circling - Galang throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Galang takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Blackbeard lands a nice hook to Galang's body. Galang takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Galang ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Blackbeard moves away.
Blackbeard bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Galang tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Blackbeard was well out of range. Poor timing from Galang.
Blackbeard with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Galang to score with a decent uppercut.

Donk. Blackbeard catches Galang right on the button with a cross.
Galang connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Galang loads up on a big right hand but Blackbeard slips the punch.
Galang misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Blackbeard counters with a crisp right hand that drops Galang! Blackbeard lets Galang back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Galang is rocked!

Galang ducks into an uppercut from Blackbeard and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!

A very excited looking Duke Blackbeard made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
The defeated Jomar Galang had this to say: 'I dunno sounds like a lot of effort to me. I
think I'd prefer red dead 2 and pornhub'.
