Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Vash Stampede (ranked 1992 p4p, 97 weight class) and Nick Gracie Jr (ranked 1334 p4p, 59 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Stampede might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Remember The Name. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stampede takes a swing at Gracie Jr's ribcage but misses.
Gracie Jr feints the counter takedown.
Stampede scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Stampede misses with a straight right.
Stampede throws a shot to the body.
Stampede scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Stampede definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Gracie Jr throws a right hand that misses
and Stampede counters with a stiff right hand.
No luck for Gracie Jr with that takedown attempt.
Stampede moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Stampede lands with a good body shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A nice combination there by Stampede.

It looks like Nick Gracie Jr has been cut.
Stampede moves out of range of the strikes.
Gracie Jr throws a lazy uppercut
and Stampede makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Gracie Jr shoots in and bounces Stampede off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Gracie Jr has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Stampede will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Gracie Jr seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Stampede tries to roll over but Gracie Jr keeps him under control.

Gracie Jr is cranking Stampede's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Stampede! He's tightened the choke and Stampede is tapping out!
